The Chef/Owner Kiet Nguyen is a very experienced chef of many places from a Sushi chef in Las Vegas to Florida and previous owner / founder of Kiha Of Japan in Greensboro, North Carolina. His creation of the dishes offered on the menu is inspired not only by French Cuisines, but also by childhood memories of his grandmother’s cooking back in Vietnam. He took those dishes and added an amazing twist to it to call it his own.
